Excecutive coaching
Coaching consists in catalyzing and implementing what allows to contribute to the performance of the management team at the service of the company by proposing the most adapted modalities taking into account the specific context of the team.
In this context, the purpose of coaching is to provide the team with the means to collectively question the representation of its different fields of responsibility in order to orient its action and improve its performance associated with these issues.
